How to set up debit card controls

In the mobile app:

1. Log in to the First Financial Bank app.
2. Tap the three-line icon in the upper left corner to open the main menu.
3. Select Debit Cards from the dashboard menu.
4. Choose Alerts & Protections to set up notifications, or Travel Notice if you’re planning a trip.
5. To quickly turn your card on or off, use the toggle button.

In online banking:

1. Log in to First Financial online banking from your computer.
2. Select Debit Cards from the dashboard menu on the left.
3. To set up notifications, choose Alerts & Protections.
4. If you’re traveling, select Travel Notice.
5. Need to turn your card on or off? Use the toggle button for quick control.

Setting up notifications:

1. Open Notification Settings and select Manage to customize which notifications you want and how you’d like to receive them.
2. You can choose to get alerts by email or text message.

Note: Before you can set controls, you’ll need to enroll. After you select Debit Cards from the dashboard menu, enter your email or phone number to start the quick process.
